BOUMA II - 2nd Bouma Deepwater Geoscience Conference

It is time to begin organizing the next Bouma Conference.  After the successful in person 1st Bouma Conference in 2023 at Utrecht University, Netherlands, SEPM is calling for proposals for number two!  

The 2nd Bouma will be planned for 2027 and please send in your proposal or questions to hharper@sepm.org.  Deadline for submissions is February 15, 2025.

Bouma Conferences have financial support from the Arnold and Lieneke Bouma Endowment Fund (Est. 2016) of the SEPM Foundation. This endowment is designated to support the attendance of students and early career participants at a Bouma Conference. Recipients of grants from this endowment must be active presenters at the conference and priority will be given to U.S. Veterans and Gold Star family members.
